Our fruit has been an ingredient in Vermont Mystic Pies,
Woodstock Water Buffalo Yogurt and Bart's Ice-Cream. You
can also find our blackcurrants in a sorbet from the
Sandwich
Creamery, ice-cream from the Walpole Creamery and
wine from Putney Mountain Winery. Our fruit is also
available as a frozen, unsweetened puree.To be a local
source of fresh, friendly food is a goal we feel is shared
across Vermont. The community network of farmers,
processors and families grows stronger each year as our
state breaks new ground in the world of commercial food
business.
